    Two independent LVL layers (engineered veneer lumber) create an elevated substructure. Lower keel contacts subfloor; upper keel supports the pine board — eliminates direct stress transfer and reduces structural fatigue.

     

    Shock Absorbing Rubber Cushion

    Proprietary EPDM pad placed between upper & lower keels. Provides dynamic cushioning, absorbs vertical impact, and significantly improves energy restitution.

     

    Multi-layer Pine + Moisture Barrier

    Cross-laminated pine board enhances flexural rigidity. The HDPE moisture-proof film protects against rising damp and prevents mold formation beneath the solid wood floor.
