LVL Main & Auxiliary Keel Sports Floor
    Dual-Stage Support System

Engineered LVL primary + secondary keels with integrated rubber cushion | Superior load distribution & dynamic comfort
    System Architecture
The LVL main & auxiliary keel system uses two distinct LVL layers: a primary load-bearing keel and a secondary cross-directional keel. This configuration maximizes structural rigidity while maintaining acoustic isolation.

Main keel + auxiliary keel (perpendicular orientation) + rubber cushion eliminates point-load stress, enhances impact distribution, and reduces structural vibrations.

    Dual-Stage LVL Engineering

Main keel for strength, auxiliary keel for lateral stability — a perfect synergy

    LVL Main Keel (Primary)

Thick LVL beam running in the primary load direction. Exceptional bending strength (≥40 MPa) and uniform density, providing the backbone of the entire flooring system.

    LVL Auxiliary Keel (Secondary)

Perpendicular to the main keel, this secondary LVL layer distributes point loads across multiple main beams. Reduces deflection, increases overall rigidity, and improves lateral stability.

    Shock Absorbing Rubber Cushion

5mm closed-cell EPDM placed directly under the main keel. Absorbs impact, reduces sound transmission, and contributes to ≥53% shock absorption — ideal for high-performance spaces.

    Certified Performance

Shock absorption ≥53% · Ball rebound ≥90% · Sliding friction 0.4–0.6 · Service life 10+ years. Compliant with EN 14904 sports flooring standards.

    Solid wood skirting line

Seamless matching solid wood skirting — covers expansion gaps, hides cables, and completes the premium aesthetic. Prefinished with natural oils or UV lacquer.

Available in 80/100/120mm heights, custom profiles on request.

Why LVL Main + Auxiliary Keel?

Innovative dual-direction LVL support for extreme durability and dynamic comfort

    Enhanced Load Capacity

Main keel carries vertical loads; auxiliary keel distributes lateral forces. Combined capacity exceeds 500 kg/m² — ideal for gyms, showrooms, and heavy furniture.

    Reduced Structural Noise

Two independent LVL layers with rubber cushion break vibration paths, reducing impact sound transmission by up to 22dB.

    No Creaking Guarantee

Precision-engineered interlocking between main and auxiliary keels eliminates friction points. Enjoy silent, stable floors for decades.

    Sustainable & Durable

LVL from FSC-certified forests, low-VOC adhesives, and 10+ year warranty. Resists warping, shrinking, and termite attack.
